Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Request

    – If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund within 14 days after the service has been provided.


  2. Refund Criteria

    – Refunds will be granted if the service was not delivered as promised. Refunds are not guaranteed in case of changes in the client’s travel decisions.


  3. Procedure

    – To request a refund, contact our support through email/phone providing the reason for the request and the necessary documents.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellations

    – If you decide to cancel your services with at least 72 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours, a 50% fee will apply.


  2. Cancellations by Elite Madrid Luxury Travel

    – We reserve the right to cancel or modify services in exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions. In case of cancellation, we will offer you alternatives or a full refund.
